This is a water body stretching in the extreme end of Buxa tiger reserve. This water body is in the periphery of the forest. It is very close to Alipurduar nearly an hour and half drive by car. It is the eastern end of Buxa Tiger reserve near Assam border. This water body is huge and worth visiting in Monsoon as the water. A nature Interpretation centers with Leopards, Birds, Deer's, crocodile and other animals are rescued and treated here. It is a close encounter with the wildlife. The animals are kept in large enclosure and they are a treat to watch. Bill in Bengali literally means a water body.

This place is ideal for angling with permission, birding, boating or even sitting idle in any side of the banks of the water body is many of the pastime tourists can enjoy. Diversified variety of avifauna like ibis, spoonbill, Mynas, Orioles, Parakeets, kingfisher, parrots, owl, Flycatchers, Partridges, cormorants, storks and Woodpeckers are some of the species that can be spotted. This destination is scenic and one can enjoy visiting the local villages and market.
